The TransBay bus to San Francisco stops at our entrance.   We wrap around a peaceful lagoon with a swimming pool overlooking the boat dock. Most apartments with central forced-air heating, and individual hot water heaters...

The lagoon is home to a wide range of local and migratory birds. Even egrets.
